Kirsi has over 15 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, ICT and IP- law, contract law, corporate law, and general business law. She has acted as a main legal advisor and consultant in several IP/IT related assignments from start-ups to multinationals, and as a legal advisor to many national and international clients in several markets. Kirsi also specialises in intellectual and industrial property law (IP law), more specifically trademark, design, patent and copyright protection, knowhow, information technology, media and telecommunication law and privacy/data protection law. She has over 10 years experience on ICT-law, e.g. outsourcing, structuring, licensing, help-desk, maintenance, subcontracting, supply agreements.
